Payment Methods Accepted at Bullion Mart
Please note that due to the ongoing volatility of precious metal market, the payment is required immediately. Failing which, your order may be updated to the latest prices to match the current market.
For orders over $10,000, the following documents may be required
- Two different valid IDs (Driver’s licence/Passport/Citizenship Card)
Please note: Health card is not acceptable - Copy of wire transfer if paid by Wire transfer CAD/USD
- A duly filled and signed copy of EDD form
- A copy of valid utility bill.
Please note that the order will not be processed until you send these documents.
Interac e-Transfer
Make sure your bank allows Interac e-Transfer and that your purchase is in Canadian dollar (CAD) currency. Other forms of email money transfers are not accepted by us.
Log into your online banking after placing your purchase. To submit an Interac e-Transfer, click the link. Your Interac e-Transfer should be sent to the email [email protected].
When sending the Interac e-Transfer, please be sure to include your order number in the description.
The majority of the banks and credit unions have now set us up for automatic deposits. Please follow the steps below if auto-deposits are not permitted by your bank.
Please use the security question as “What is the answer to security question?” and as the password, type bmorder. If you make use of an alternative password, please let us know.
‘Grand Total’ on your purchase must be paid. If you hit your bank’s transfer limit, you can ask them to increase it, send more than one payment, or switch to a different payment method.
Attention: Sender’s Name must match billing details. Please include order number in the order when possible. You may send multiple E-Transfers to clear the balance, as long as the sender’s name is the same as the billing details.
Certified Check/Draft
We accept CAD and USD cheques and drafts originating only from Canadian or United States based financial institutions.
Certified Cheques or drafts must be postmarked within two (2) business days and received by us within five (5) business days after placing your order. Orders will ship shortly after the clearing period is complete. Clearing period may extend if the bank puts your check on hold for any reason whatsoever.
All personal checks/drafts will be held for 15 days.

Bank Wire Transfer
Bank direct transfers are not accepted as a form of payment by Bullion Mart. Important information: Banks frequently suggest direct deposits as a quicker and less expensive payment choice over wire transfers. The depositor’s information and the sort of funds deposited, however, are not included in this method. Please let your bank know about our policy to prevent delays.
Be aware that branch-to-branch transfers or straight deposits into accounts may require a holding period of more than 30 days before shipping.

Paypal
- We ship to only PayPal verified address. Unverified PayPal address orders will refunded without question.
- Paypal is currently available to orders value up to $1500 only.
- Paypal orders time to time may be subject to ID verification and further due diligence by our compliance team.
Debt/Credit Cards
We are accepting only debit cards at store. Credit cards not accepted online and in-store with immediate effect.
Client Sale Transactions Payment
Clients may receive payment for Client Sale Transactions in the following ways:
- Bank wire (CAD or USD).
- Cheque by FedEx (CAD or USD). There is a $25.00 service fee.
- Cheque by regular mail (CAD or USD). With no service fee.
Processing and payment for Client Sale Transactions may take up to up to two business days from receipt of the Precious Metals.
